I have specialized in bridal makeup for 5 years now, and it has quickly become my favorite thing to do. SS Artistry brings the luxury of a professional makeup studio directly to you, WHEREVER you may be on the morning of your wedding day. Our bridal team consists of 3 talented additional artists to assist me with your big day to assure that your entire bridal party is done in a timely manner and your getting ready experience runs smoothly. Each additional artist is meticulously trained by me, Savannah, in skin prep, skin types, sanitation, application + so much more. I can confidently guarantee none of these ladies disappoint- oh, and did I mention we bring the VIBES with us as well?
Savannah- Master MUA
Hi there! I am the owner of SS Artistry + I am so excited to (hopefully) be your MUA! I have been doing makeup for over 10 years, with a forward focus on bridal for almost 6 years now! I have worked hundreds of weddings, and have traveled near and far to make bridal makeup dreams come true. I love to stay up to date with education and learning from other MUA's, and continuing to master my craft. I truly could not love my job more than I do! I am a new momma to a beautiful baby boy who I welcomed into the world on 6/18/2024 and you will probably hear a lot about him if you book me as your makeup artist, lol. When I am not doing makeup or working in studio, you will most likely find me cleaning the house, working out, doing something adventurous that will probably get me hurt (LOL) or snuggling on the couch with my fiance, my dog and our baby boy. The two most important things to me are family, and my clients (seriously, ask anybody).
Alia- Lead MUA
Alia is my main lead MUA. Alia has been a licensed esthetician for over 5 years and specializes in soft glam bridal makeup and skincare. She has completed hundreds of weddings with me, and continues to impress me with her talent. FUN FACT- Alia and I are cousins! We grew up inseparable, so it is an amazing experience to be able to do what we both love together. To add on to that "full circle moment", our babies will be 6 months apart and we get to experience motherhood together! If Alia is not assigned to a wedding with me, she is available to book as a head MUA as well! She is a great addition to your wedding morning- seriously, ask around! You can also see Alia in the studio, where she will be your esthy bestie for all of your skincare needs and wedding prep!

Alyssa- Second Artist
Gia has been one of my second artists for two years now and is also a licensed esthetician specializing in brows, lashes + full glam makeup. Gia is a great addition to the team and has a similar makeup style to me, (duh, I trained her well) and is also available for booking as a head MUA if I am unavailable! She brings the best vibes to wedding mornings and we are lucky to have her!
Alyssa has an extensive background in makeup knowledge and has a great eye for detail which makes her an amazing addition to your wedding morning. Alyssa worked at Ulta for many years and let me tell you...if you have questions about product knowledge, she is your GIRL! She specializes in soft glam makeup and is available as a second artist for myself, Alia or Gia. Alyssa has worked many weddings with me over the years and absolutely nails it, every single time!
the face behind the biz
it's meeee, Savannah- the face and brain behind SS Artistry- and this is how we got here!

I remember the day I realized I wanted to break out of the norm and do what I was good at and what made me happy rather than work a corporate 9-5 job. I was in college, playing division 1 lacrosse on a full scholarship, hoping to graduate with a masters degree in forensic psychology. I was in my room, and a few things hit me… #1– that I absolutely hated the monotony of college life and that I could never work the same job every single day- and #2, I could actually make a living doing what I LOVED to do and have a natural born talent that was just being wasted. OH and later that day brings me to #3… that if I put my mind to something, it WILL get done 😬

So, I called my parents, dropped out of college losing my fully paid scholarship, hung up my cleats and ended my highly anticipated athletic career. I had no idea what I had just done, and no idea where the next few years would bring me— but what I did know was that I had a vision.
​
Five years ago, at 20 years old with NO clientele, $500 to my name and that vision, I took a risk and ran headstrong into my goal of starting my own business. I no longer cared about traditional values and outdated rules that made me feel small. I just knew that if I invested into true and authentic self, something amazing would emerge. This is how SS Artistry was born.
​
Growing up, for as long as I can remember, I was always drawing, scribbling or painting anything I could get my hands on. I was always the social butterfly as a child, and always the first person my friends would come to for a listening ear when they needed it. I guess the point is- my love for art, and my love for people and psychology growing up, eventually transpired into this career... where I am not only an artist and a creator- but a friend, therapist, and listening ear. One of my favorite parts about being a service provider, and something I don't take lightly, is the profound impact I am able to make on some people without even realizing it.

I am 25 years old and am a Virgo- aka a perfectionist to the CORE. I am a dog momma to a little puff ball named Diggs, and just recently welcomed my first born son, Kobe, into the world on 6/18/2024. My man is my best friend and my biggest supporter and is truly a big part of where I am today with SS Artistry. He is my voice of reason through all of my crazy business endeavors (and when 25 amazon packages are waiting at our front door for the business) oops, lol.

When I am not working, I am probably doing one of these things- cleaning the house, hanging with my boys, going to the gym or finding a way to work some more, IYKYK.

I love fall, football Sundays, candles and ESPRESSO! Sounds pretty basic, but I promise you know nobody that loves fall or coffee more than me.
​
